How to Request Account Deletion
Follow the steps below to request the deletion of your account.
1.Log in to SK V1 Motors app or website
Sign in using your social account (Google, Kakao, Naver, Apple) or email.
2.Go to My Page
Tap the bottom menu or profile icon to access My Page.
3.Select Withdraw Account
Tap the 'Withdraw' button at the bottom of My Page to start the withdrawal process.
4.Review data and confirm deletion
Review the data to be deleted and retained, then confirm your account withdrawal.
Data to Be Deleted
The following data will be permanently deleted when your account is removed and cannot be recovered.
- Account information (email, password)
- Profile information (name, company, documents)
- Favorite vehicles list
- Recently viewed vehicles history
- Notification settings
Data to Be Retained
The following data is retained for a certain period as required by law before being deleted.
- Inquiry history
- Completed contract information (company name, representative)
- Payment history
- User ID-based data
Detailed Retention Periods
- Contract and payment records: 5 years (Electronic Commerce Act)
- Consumer complaint or dispute records: 3 years (Electronic Commerce Act)
- Login records: 3 months (Protection of Communications Secrets Act)
